I build and maintain web apps and internal tools for companies in the automotive sector. On the front end I mostly work with React and Next.js, and also with Vue and Nuxt; on the back end I write APIs in Python and FastAPI that connect to databases and outside services. I've taken several new features from start to finish, made the apps faster and automated processes that used to be done by hand.

I supported employees through the helpdesk and looked after the network, part of Active Directory (policies and user groups) and the company's computers and equipment. I also wrote a Python script to filter and sort users in Excel, and a web form that walked through new user setup step by step so nobody slipped through.

I looked after the company's computers and users: I handled day-to-day issues, set machines up so they ran smoothly and took care of hardware maintenance. I also started documenting how we did things, which made it much easier to share with the rest of the team.
