Complete rebrand of the company and redesign of its corporate site, built with Astro and React. I ran the whole thing on my own: visual identity, site architecture, development and release, with performance and user experience in mind. I still maintain the brand and the site as they grow.

Technical support for employees through a helpdesk system, handling incidents and shortening the time it took to close them. I also looked after network administration, parts of Active Directory —policies and user groups— and the management of devices and IT equipment. I wrote a Python script to filter and sort users in Excel, and a web form that walked new user setup step by step so nothing was ever missed.

I managed and maintained the company's machines and user accounts, supporting everyone through day-to-day computer problems and tuning setups to keep them quick. I improved how hardware maintenance and incidents were handled, and introduced a way of documenting that made knowledge much easier to share across the team.
